Shri Anil Pandit Ji
Laburnum is the brainchild of Mr Anil Pandit, an ex-Army Personnel, who after serving the motherland made a foray into Land Acquisition, Land Development & Real Estate Development, and has made a mark in the area since last 28 years. Born and brought up in Bhondsi (Haryana), Mr Pandit has set high standards of discipline and moral values, and made Laburnum School and Laburnum Developers names to reckon with. In his pursuit, his two strong pillars are his two well-educated, highly disciplined and thoroughly professional sons Mr Bharat Kaushik and Mr Vipin Kaushik who are adorning the company as Directors.
Mr. Bharat Kaushik
Mr Bharat Kaushik, with more than 10 years of experience in the realm of real estate, looks predominantly after the Construction & Marketing of the projects at Laburnum. He brings with him new approaches and new technologies to meet the aspirations of the new generation. He is in constant look for better & upgraded amenities in order to provide the enhanced experience to his customers willing to have a luxury property in Gurgaon.
Mr. Vipin Kaushik
Mr Vipin Kaushik is a Law Graduate from KR Mangalam University, and takes care of the matter pertaining to land acquisition & development as well the legal issues at Laburnum. He firmly believes in creating a direct rapport with the customers for long-lasting relationship. He also looks after the image-building exercise for Laburnum to take the brand to new heights.
